to lead and inspire


In our busy lives, there is often so little time or energy left to nurture ourselves.  However, by investing even a little time to nourish your core needs and skills, you can build the resilience and confidence required to lead and inspire your team.


The Nourished Leader offers practical insight and tools to boost your happiness and increase personal mastery both at work and at home.  And the program is grounded in the research and science of positive psychology, with each session proposing realistic changes that you can incorporate into your daily life to increase your well-being. 

Participants will attend 10, 2-hour sessions over the course of the next year, allowing for deeper conversation and peer-to-peer learning with the same trusted group.  New ideas and skills can be put into practice between sessions, and feedback and successes shared with the group in subsequent workshops.  

As with other Scala programs, the group size will be limited to a maximum of 10 women leaders, with one per company to ensure open discussion and confidentiality. The sessions will be held once per month from September 2018 to June 2019, and scheduled at the end of the workday from 5:30 to 7:30 pm at Yonge & Eglinton.

Rate: The cost of the program is $895.00 plus HST (which includes all materials and complimentary wine and appetizers).
