In our busy lives, there is often so little time or energy left to nurture ourselves. However, by investing even a little time to nourish your core needs and skills, you will build resilience and confidence and be ready to take on your next challenge.
Be Your Best offers practical insight and tools to boost your happiness and build the resilience and confidence required to thrive both at work and at home. The program is grounded in the research and science of positive psychology, with each session proposing realistic changes that you can incorporate into your daily life to increase your well-being.
Designed for any busy professional, Be Your Best consists of 8 sessions (combination of in-person and online sessions) over the course of 16 weeks allowing for deeper conversation and peer-to-peer learning with the same trusted group. New ideas and skills can be put into practice between sessions, and feedback and successes shared with the group in subsequent workshops.
As with other Scala Network programs, the group size will be limited to a maximum of 10 women to ensure open discussion and confidentiality.

Is your mind-full or are you mindful? Identify how to redirect and reprogram your limiting beliefs to more empowering, solution oriented thoughts.

Positive life events alone are not enough to bring out happiness. Harnessing these approaches to gratitude, savoring & journaling enable you to get more positivity out of your day-to-day experiences.
|5||May 19||Changing Habits & Building New Ones
Of course you can teach an old dog new tricks, you just need to know the science of how habits form and how they are broken. Learn to identify the trigger, habit loop and appropriate rewards to break old habits.

In this session we are going to be looking at why setting boundaries to ensure our own well-being is so important, and discover techniques required to have the brave conversations.
