Be Your Best offers practical insight and tools to boost your happiness and build the resilience and confidence required to thrive both at work and at home. The program is grounded in the research and science of positive psychology, with each session proposing realistic changes that you can incorporate into your daily life to increase your well-being.
Designed for any busy professional, Be Your Best consists of 8 sessions allowing for deeper conversation and peer-to-peer learning with the same trusted group. New ideas and skills can be put into practice between sessions, and feedback and successes shared with the group in subsequent workshops.
As with other Scala Network programs, the group size will be limited to a maximum of 10 women to ensure open discussion and confidentiality.
