Inspiring leaders to reach their potential

Christina is a passionate trainer and coach, committed to developing well rounded, authentic leaders. Her approach helps them to build on their strengths, gain confidence and strive for balance and wellness in work and life.  Her genuine desire to see people achieve their best and reach their full potential as leaders has put many people onto a positive path of self-discovery and growth.

During her corporate career in association management, Christina became an advocate for women leaders, recognizing the unique challenges they face as they advance in their careers. In 2010, she set out to solve this problem by launching Scala Network, an organization offering innovative leadership training programs for women that combine practical skills development with inspirational mentors and networking opportunities. The tremendous response to the Take the Lead programs has led to customized in-house training courses for companies.  As well, Scala Network continues to create new opportunities to encourage dialogue and learning within its community.

Christina is an enthusiastic networker and connector of people, nurtured over many years as Vice-President of Education and Professional Development at the Canadian Marketing Association. She has teaching experience in event planning and marketing and is a certified trainer in Emotional Intelligence and Applied Positive Psychology.

Practicing positive behavioural techniques at home are very important to Christina as she and her husband raise two beautiful daughters into confident young women.

We are trained to narrow our strategic focus for best results, but there is a missed opportunity by keeping the blinders on. Integrate your work and life experiences. Expose yourself to new ideas, people, and organizations. You will begin to see your abilities from a different vantage point and may be surprised by the extent of your untapped talent.”
